He is the figure with a central role in the communication and sale of the product. Its task is to promote the company and its history, its products and its strengths on the market. Must have deep knowledge of the product itself, have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills as it is the fundamental element of contact with customers. It manages various aspects: from the commercial one, supporting sales and reporting on production, to that of Public Relations, identifying and obtaining contacts with opinion leaders, strategic customers and partners as well as with the press. It establishes relationships and creates networks with key players in the wine sector. He also deals with corporate representation in some events and writes content about the brand to be shared on social media, forums, websites and blogs in order to keep the engagement of his community alive. In fact, it constantly monitors the reputation of the corporate image by also providing feedback on customer perception.
